Context
Graduates with degrees and no experience
TTT Academy runs cohort courses led by industry experts, then helps students into jobs. Of 500+ students we surveyed, 90% thought hands-on experience would help, and 80% of recruiters put practical skills ahead of theory. I worked on the learner app, job discovery and internal tools in 2023, with a team of ten.
01Home
Picking up where you left off
Course dashboards with one-click resume, completed chapters marked and urgent deadlines flagged.
Why: Dropout was the biggest risk, so completion, deadlines and in-progress lessons show up wherever learning happens.

02Jobs
Jobs and gigs in the same app
Jobs and gigs live next to the courses, with a gig flow from accepting a task to submission and manager ratings.
Why: Recruiters wanted real project work, so finishing a course leads straight to it.

03Learning
Learning on the phone
A scrolling, content-first feed of modules, certification paths, gigs and real company case studies.
Why: Students already spend their time in media apps, so borrowing those patterns meant less to learn.

04Admin
Tools for the team behind it
Course authoring, media analytics and notification campaigns for the creators and marketers.
Why: A cohort business runs on the people publishing courses and running campaigns.
